ABOUT THE OWNER
Ruffa Triguero holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bicol University. Before taking the reins at LuckyQuest Travel and Tours, she built her career in the corporate sector, specializing in customer service and quality control, where precision, communication, and attention to detail became second nature.
Her true passion, however, lies in travel and tour planning—an area where she organically blends her background in service excellence with her love for organizing immersive experiences. Under her leadership, LuckyQuest has become known for thoughtful itineraries, seamless logistics, and heartfelt hospitality that bring every journey to life.
Fueled by her passion for travel and organizing tours, she now leads LuckyQuest with dedication and creativity—ensuring every journey is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed. Demonstrating her commitment to professional growth, Ruffa has recently passed the TESDA Assessment for Events Management Services NC II, further enhancing her expertise in event coordination and elevating the company’s service capabilities.
